Cross Cultural Training (Short‐Term Outreach Preparation)

If you have a desire to participate in a short term outreach in the next 6 – 12 months, or even just an interest in learning the keys to effective cross‐cultural ministry, then this is the course! Topics include why we do Mission, what makes for a successful outreach, defining & understanding culture, effective evangelism, personal preparation, team dynamics & debriefing. This training is a prerequisite for short‐term outreach participation, and highly recommended for anyone contemplating involvement in Mission‐related areas of ministry.

Outreach Leadership Training

This package has been developed to help prepare future short‐term outreach leaders for the task of leading a team. Topics covered include things such as logistics, understanding missionaries and national workers, managing expectations, building a team & the importance of debriefing. This training is a prerequisite to leading a short‐term outreach team
